La prime cose che saltano all’occhio sono il ridotto spessore ed il display dalla risoluzione 2560×1600. E’ stato aggiunto il tasto home fisico e sono presenti due nuovi tasti capacitivi che funzionano con la S-Pen. Il processore è un quad-core Exynos 5420, coadiuvato da ben 3 GB di RAM e la GPU una Mali T-628. La batteria è da ben 8220 mAh e la fotocamera da 8 Mpx.
