Jelly Bean 4.3 Test Europe per Samsung Galaxy S3 e Note 2

Qualche settimana fa vi informavo di aver aggiornato il mio Galaxy Note 2 a Jelly bean 4.3 utilizzando Odin e la Rom ufficiale rilasciata in India. Oggi SamMobile ci informa che sono disponibili i firmware Test Europe per lo stesso Note 2 ed il Galaxy S3.

I firmware in questione non sono ancora quelli ufficiali, almeno per il Note 2, ma versioni test che Samsung utilizza per provare le ROM prima del rilascio ufficiale. La versione per il Galaxy S3 è la I9300XXUGMK6_I9300OXAGMK6_OXA e quella per il Note 2 è la  N7100XXUEMK9_N7100XXUEMJ9_OXX e sono da flashare utilizzando Odin. Il firmaware per il Galaxy S3 è lo stesso del quale Samsung ha ripreso il roll out qualche giorno fa (dopo averlo sospeso per alcuni problemi) ma che, allo stato attuale, è disponibile solo via OTA. Quello per il Note 2 ha appena terminato la normale sequenza di test ufficiali ed è pronto per il rilascio definitivo. I redattori di SamMobile avvisano che il flash potrebbe causare il wipe di tutti i dati, per cui sarebbe meglio provvedere al backup del terminale prima di procedere. Trattandosi di firmware “ufficiosi”, non sarà modificato il counter e quindi non ci sarà nessun problema con la garanzia. Come sempre questo tipo di operazione, pur molto semplice, non è scevra da rischi per cui procedete solo se sapete cosa state facendo; AndroidLab non sarà, in ogni caso, responsabile per eventuali danni o malfunzionamenti del vostro dispositivo. Jelly Bean Europe Test for  Samsung Galaxy S3 and Note 2

A few weeks ago, I informed you that I have updated my Galaxy Note 2 to Jelly Bean 4.3 using Odin and official Rom released in India. Today SamMobile informs us that the Europe Test firmwares are available for the same Note 2 and Galaxy S3. Firmwares are still not the official ones , at least for the Note 2, but test versions that Samsung uses to test the ROM before the official release . Version for the Galaxy S3 is the I9300XXUGMK6_I9300OXAGMK6_OXA and that for the Note 2 is the N7100XXUEMK9_N7100XXUEMJ9_OXX and are to flash using Odin . The firmaware for the Galaxy S3 is the same as Samsung has restarted the roll out a few days ago (after having it suspended for some problems) but that , actually, is only available via OTA . Note 2’s one has just finished the normal sequence of official testing and is ready for the final release. SamMobile warn that the flash may cause the wipe of all data, so it would be better to provide the backup of the device before proceeding. Just because the firmwares are “unofficial “, the binary counter will not be increased and therefore there will be no problem with the warranty. As always, this kind of operation, although very simple, is not without risks so proceed only if you know what you’re doing; AndroidLab will not, in any event, be liable for any damage or malfunction of your device.
