Google Helpout, per tutti coloro che hanno bisogno dell’aiuto di un esperto
Le prime informazioni risalgono allo scorso mese di Agosto e da ieri “Google Helpout” è realtà. Si tratta di un progetto che prevede la disponibilità di esperti ai quali si potrà chiedere aiuto per svariati problemi.

Tramite Hangout, sarà possibile, anche via video chat, contattare degli esperti per chiedere aiuto in svariati ambiti: computer, salute, cucina, musica fino a consigli per l’abbigliamento e make-up. Gli esperti, che dovranno essere approvati da una commissione specifica di Mountain View, potranno decidere quali consulenze offrire gratis e quali a pagamento, secondo un metodo che ricorda quello di AdSense; per questo motivo sia gli esperti che i richiedenti dovranno avere un account Google Wallet. Gli esperti dovranno garantire una sorta di reperibilità e saranno avvisati via SMS o mail di eventuali richieste. Se non sarà garantita risposta entro cinque minuti, il servizio sarà offerto gratis qualora fosse stato previsto il pagamento. Per ora il servizio è solo in inglese.
