Gli aggiornamenti Android… Questi sconosciuti
Il problema degli aggiornamenti dei dispositivi Android ha sempre generato infinite discussioni sulle notevoli differenze con cui le case adeguano le versioni del Sistema Operativo made in Google.

Adesso, con il rilascio della versione KitKat, avvenuta con il lancio del nuovo Nexus 5, la faccenda assume un aspetto quanto meno tragicomico. Come sapete, HTC, qualche mese fa, così come ha fatto Samsung con il Galaxy S4, ha lanciato una versione Google Pure Edition del suo One, del quale gestire direttamente gli aggiornamenti. Quindici giorni fa, il presidente di HTC America Jason Mackenzie, annunciava il rilascio di KitKat proprio per il One GPE, nell’arco di due settimane. Alcuni possessori dello smartphone coreano, passate le due settimane senza novità, hanno chiesto, via Twitter, che fine avesse fatto l’update promesso. Il presidente ha risposto con un cinguettio in questo modo: “Good news, we’ve delivered KitKat code to Google for HTC One GPE. Timing of push via PlayStore to be determined by Google.” Quindi il problema del ritardo sarebbe colpa di Google, almeno secondo Mr. Mackenzie. Naturale porsi una domanda: fino ad oggi, da Mountain View, hanno sempre accusato le case per i ritardi con cui queste ultime aggiornano i loro dispositivi Android; ed ora? Come la mettiamo, visto che, oltretutto, stiamo parlando di un aggiornamento Pure Google che non necessità di nessun adeguamento della U.I?

Natural ask ourrself one question: until today, from Mountain View, have always accused OEM for delay with which they update their Android devices; and now ? What do we do, due that, above all, we are talking about a Pure Google update?
